MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Minnesota Vikings have signed left guard Alex Boone and linebacker Emmanuel Lamur, finalizing contracts they agreed to on a busy first day of free agency.
The Vikings announced Thursday that the deals with Boone and Lamur were done, after both players passed their physical exams.
Boone, who has a four-year contract with a maximum value of $26.8 million and $10 million guaranteed, moved from San Francisco practice squad member in 2009 to starter on the 49ers' Super Bowl team in 2012. Boone has started 59 games over the last four seasons.
