Fifth-round pick Trevor Davis is the only member of the Green Bay Packers’ 2016 draft class representing the team at his year’s NFLPA Rookie Premiere.
Not that this is a big deal. A total of 41 rookies were invited to the event and all but one of them plays offense — San Diego defensive end Joey Bosa. In fact, other than Bosa, only one of them isn’t a receiver, quarterback or running back. That guy is also a Charger, tight end Hunter Henry.
Packers who have attended the event before include Eddie Lacy, Ty Montgomery, Brett Hundley and Jonathan Franklin.
