Green Bay — A familiar sight during the two-week detonation of the Green Bay defense featured a quarterback, a tight end and Packers defensive back Micah Hyde.
The details of each play were often different — sometimes the opposing tight end lined up along the line of scrimmage, sometimes he split wide; sometimes he wore a San Diego Chargers jersey, sometimes navy blue for the Denver Broncos — but the results became predictably similar: Hyde lagged slightly behind to yield a completion on a crossing route.
As versatile as he is, Hyde has struggled against opposing tight ends in back-to-back weeks as both a slot corner and a safety.
