With far more losing seasons than playoff appearances since the turn of the century, the Detroit Lions have been the laughing stock of the NFL for quite some time. The 2022 Lions? A completely different story. After starting the season in typical Detroit fashion (read: 1-6), the Dan Campbell-led Lions have won seven of their last nine games and, with some help from the Seattle Seahawks and a victory on Sunday, will be back in the playoffs for the first time since the 2016 season. The chief reason why? A stellar offense through the air, especially the latter half of the season.
