The NFL released its 2022 game schedule on May 12th which allowed the Packers to determine the home opponents for their respective green and gold packages. The background of these ticket packages goes back to the days when the Packers would play a few games a year in Milwaukee in an attempt to attract a larger fan base from Wisconsin’s largest city. The team sold season tickets for these few games to the “Milwaukee crowd” before all of the games were eventually moved to Lambeau. Despite every game being played in Green Bay these days, the Milwaukee crowds season tickets have remained in their hands and they are granted three games a year at Lambeau.
