GREEN BAY, Wis. -- On his way to a mostly shaven look for the regular season, a bearded Aaron Rodgers often stops at the mustache for a few days.
The Green Bay Packers quarterback sounded especially pleased with this year’s version, which debuted on Tuesday and likely will be gone before next week’s regular-season opener.
“I've been cutting it down slowly,” Rodgers said Tuesday. “I had the mutton chops yesterday. It lasted for about a day, and then it went down to this. I'm very proud of it. I looked back at the Packers posted something on Twitter on the history of my mustache over the years.
