The Green Bay Packers are midway through the 2024 preseason, and they still don’t have a clear-cut number one receiver. And you know what? That isn’t a problem for this team.
Head coach Matt LaFleur was pretty blunt when reporters asked him about it earlier this week. “I want to vomit every time I hear ‘number one receiver,’ to be honest with you,” LaFleur said. “It drives me crazy. That's something that you guys talk about. I feel like we've got a bunch of them.”
From 2016- 2021, the Packers had a number one receiver in Davante Adams.
