Without David Bakhtiari manning his post at left tackle, Elgton Jenkins has been filling in--and doing so beautifully, might I add. But with that, there are now two openings along the offensive line, both of which come at each guard position.
In no surprise, Matt LaFleur has already mentioned that Josh Myers is likely going to be the starting center while Billy Turner will continue to hold down the right tackle position. Rookies Royce Newman and Cole Van Lanen continue to get consistent work with the second and third offenses, which really leaves Lucas Patrick, Jon Runyan Jr, and Ben Braden vying for the two guard openings.
