Rodgers is best remembered for his game-winning 61-yard touchdown catch off a Hail Mary from Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers to seal a 27-23 road win over Detroit on Dec. 3, 2015. Rodgers’ 146 receiving yards against the Lions also set a new franchise single-game record for Packers tight ends.
He became just the fourth Packers tight end to record a season with more than 55 receptions in 2015, catching 58 passes for 510 yards and eight touchdowns.
