Green Bay — The 1983 NFL draft will long be remembered for the prolific quarterbacks chosen. Six quarterbacks were taken in the first round that year and John Elway, Jim Kelly and Dan Marino all wound up in the Hall of Fame.
It's still extremely early, but someday the 2014 draft might be discussed as glowingly for its wealth of wide receivers. Unfortunately for the Green Bay Packers, they seemed to be one of the teams to swing and miss.
Five receivers were taken in the first round that season and 15 went in the first three rounds overall.
