The Green Bay Packers' journeyman wide receiver, who has blossomed into one of quarterback Aaron Rodgers' favorite receiving targets, had himself an impressive outing. It was enough for his head coach to pile on the heaps of praise Rodgers has already vocalized in each of the last two offseason programs.
"Jake’s a consistent guy that’s extremely reliable," Matt LaFleur said after a practice that marked the first padded session of the summer. "You can trust that he’s going to be where he’s supposed to be within the timing of the play. He’s a big guy that can go up and make some plays in what we like to call '50-50 balls.
