GREEN BAY, Wis. —
A source confirmed to ESPN that the Green Bay Packers will release veteran linebacker De'Vondre Campbell at the start of the new league year on Wednesday, according to ESPN Packers reporter Rob Demovsky.
Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel was the first to report Green Bay's decision to release Campbell.
Campbell spent the last three seasons in Green Bay. He earned a first-team All-Pro selection in his first season with the Packers in 2021.
According to Demovsky, there were three years left on a five-year deal worth $50 million that Campbell signed in 2022.
