GREEN BAY, Wis. - A year ago, Letroy Guion faced an uncertain future in the NFL.
Now, he has a long-term deal.
The Green Bay Packers signed the veteran defensive tackle to a three-year, $11.25 million contract, mutliple sources told ESPN on Friday. Guion was scheduled to become a free agent next month.
Guion is the second defensive lineman the Packers have signed in advance of free agency. In December, Mike Daniels agreed to a four-year, $41 million extension. Daniels, like Guion, would have been a free agent in March.
