The New Orleans Saints had already lost one of their top free agent cornerbacks a few days ago, but now a depth piece decided to go elsewhere as well. Late on Saturday night, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported that the Seattle Seahawks had signed veteran cornerback Shemar Jean-Charles. It looks as though he will remain in a depth role, but will look for that opportunity elsewhere.
Jean-Charles was a fifth-round pick by the Green Bay Packers back in the 2021 NFL draft. He spent two years there before getting cut and signing with the San Francisco 49ers.
