Brett Favre and Ron Wolf are thanking each other for their places in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
In a conference call Tuesday morning to discuss his impending induction, Favre said he and Wolf still talk about the risk Wolf took in trading a first-round pick for him. More notably, Wolf approved the trade even though one of the Packers' doctors at the time flunked Favre on his physical because he had the degenerative condition avascular necrosis in his hip.
The quarterback rewarded the general manager with a brilliant career that was the strongest argument behind Wolf being voted into the Hall last year.
