When Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles scored his first touchdown on Monday night, he whipped out The Belt. That’s Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ touchdown celebration.
There it is, right at the beginning of Charles’ celebration.
Of course, in some circles, “The Belt” has become known as the “Discount Double Check” because of Rodgers’ State Farm commercials. You know, basically Rodgers sold naming rights to his touchdown celebration to a corporate sponsor.
Rodgers was asked what he thought of Charles performing this celebration after the game.
“I didn’t see it, but State Farm appreciates it.
