The Green Bay Packers did not add a wide receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft, but that hasn’t stopped both Aaron Rodgers and Matt LaFleur from expressing optimism about the team’s offense for the coming season.
During conference calls with the media on Friday, both quarterback and head coach said they were eagerly anticipating working with the group they had and they were confident the offense would do well.
“I love our team. I like our chances, I like our squad,” Rodgers said. “I like the leadership of the football team and I also like that there probably won’t be sky high expectations for us like last year but I really think we’ll be in the mix.
