Jan. 25—The Green Bay Packers have signed former Exeter and Penn State standout Michal Menet to a reserve/future contract, the team announced Tuesday.
The 6-4, 301-pound Menet, a center, has been on the Packers practice squad since signing with them last month.
He was taken by the Arizona Cardinals in the seventh round of the NFL draft in May. He was released prior to the final cuts and then signed to their practice squad. He was released from the practice squad, re-signed in late September and then released again.
He had worked out for the New Orleans Saints, the Cincinnati Bengals, the Packers and other teams during the regular season.
