According to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini, the Green Bay Packers “have reached out” to former Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill — the top free agent quarterback remaining unsigned going into the 2024 regular season. Per Russini, Tannehill claimed in July that he was looking for the “right situation” before he committed to a team in 2024.
Following Jordan Love’s MCL injury in the regular season opener, the Packers will start Malik Willis, who was traded for at the cutdown deadline, according to a report from FOX’s Jay Glazer. Beyond Week 2, though, it seems like all bets are off.
