The Green Bay Packers wasted no time in addressing coaching changes this week, with both Sam Gash and Jerry Fontenot being let go from their respected positions as the Packers running back and tight end coach.
Gash joined the Packers in 2014, after serving as the running back coach for the Detroit Lions the previous five seasons.
“I respect the Green Bay organization a lot,” Gash said, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “I just apologize that I didn’t, I guess, get the job done. And that’s totally on me.
