Report: Packers extend Rich Bisaccia, hire Luke Getsy

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Tom Silverstein, the Green Bay Packers have handed out two new coaching contracts.

The first was for Packers assistant head coach and special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia, who received an extension that will keep him around through at least the 2026 season in Green Bay. Per Silverstein, sources claimed that retirement was on the table for Bisaccia, a 64-year-old.

The second deal was for a new hire: Luke Getsy. Getsy, Matt LaFleur’s first quarterbacks coach in Green Bay, has spent the last three seasons as a play-calling coordinator for the Chicago Bears and Las Vegas Raiders.
