GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Green Bay Packers are signing San Francisco 49ers guard Aaron Banks.
According to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, the Packers are signing Banks to a four-year, $77 million deal.
The addition will lead to a line dance, with Banks playing left guard and Elgton Jenkins moving to center, according to the Journal Sentinel’s Tom Silverstein. Jenkins played center in college at Mississippi State and has also played center in the NFL, including last year at home against the Lions when Josh Myers was injured.
The Packers are also signing former Raiders cornerback Nate Hobbs, according to a report from NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
