GREEN BAY, Wis. – Nick Perry didn’t scoff at the question. Instead, his answer when asked whether his 11-sack season in 2016 was a “one-year wonder” showed he understands the perception of what he finally did in his fifth year with Green Bay Packers.
“Well, I mean, I’m signed for a five-year contract; I’m not done,” Perry said as he stood in an empty locker room at Lambeau Field on Thursday. “That was just one year. And that’s part [of what he has] to prove. And that’s all the progress that needs to be had moving forward.
