Green Bay — At one point this spring, Joe Whitt asked his young cornerbacks a question aloud: Who's the best wide receiver you faced in college? The answers were not satisfying.
"They gave me the names," the Green Bay Packers cornerbacks coach said, "and I was like 'OK, I don't know him. This guy's a four on that team we don't even think about. Our third guy's Davante (Adams). He's better than anybody you ever thought about guarding.'"
These ultra-green corners still have a long way to go.
The Packers drafted two in the first two rounds this year — Arizona State's Damarious Randall and Miami (Ohio)'s Quinten Rollins.
