The Green Bay Packers have seen a few players run into issues with the law related to marijuana in recent years. First up was Letroy Guion’s highly-publicized case in Florida, which eventually resulted in a three-game suspension for the defensive lineman. Then Datone Jones was suspended one game after being cited for possession of THC after the Packer defender was cited hours after the team’s loss to the Seahawks in the 2014 playoffs.
Now there is another name to add to that less than illustrious list. Michael Cohen of Packersnews.com has reported that wide receiver Geronimo Allison will face a court date later this month after being charged with possession of marijuana early this football season.
