As free agency continues, the Green Bay Packers are continuing to fill up the back end of their roster with useful, albeit unspectacular, signings. On Wednesday evening the team reportedly agreed to a contract with tight end Marcedes Lewis, and on Thursday afternoon another member of the Packers’ 2019 roster is coming back for another go.
That player is safety Will Redmond, who has been in Green Bay for the last two seasons. ESPN’s Josina Anderson reported the agreement
A former third-round draft pick of the 49ers, Redmond came to Green Bay in 2018, signing on the team’s practice squad after spending training camp with the Kansas City Chiefs.
