The Green Bay Packers are feeling a bit short-handed at the tight end position in week three. Veteran starter Jimmy Graham was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday’s injury report (which was full of estimates since the team elected to hold a walkthrough instead of a full practice), but apparently the groin injury that landed him there is somewhat serious.
It is serious enough for the Packers to bring another tight end on to the roster. According to Packersnews.com’s Jim Owczarski, the Packers will promote Evan Baylis from the practice squad to the active roster in time for Sunday’s week three game against the Denver Broncos.
