Jordan Love’s 2025 will be a year of transition, particularly as it applies to his position coach. The Green Bay Packers have moved from having one of the most experienced and well-respected quarterbacks coaches in the NFL to one of the least experienced.
After the 2024 season concluded, Tom Clements elected to retire from coaching, calling it a career after his second stint coaching the Packers’ quarterbacks. Clements joined Mike McCarthy’s staff in 2006 and was on the Packers’ staff until 2016, then came back for the past three years to help coach Aaron Rodgers and Jordan Love.
