What a day it was on Sunday for Eric Wilson. The Green Bay Packers linebacker, now in his third season with the team, has only ever spent one season in his 8-yar career as a full-time starter. That game with the Minnesota Vikings in 2020, a season that saw him rack up over 120 tackles, plus three interceptions and three sacks.
In that career, Wilson had only recorded multiple sacks once before, in a 2019 game with the Vikings. And his previous career-high in tackles for loss was three back in 2018. But on Sunday, as a substitute for an injured Quay Walker, Wilson had a career game with two sacks, four tackles for loss, and a pass breakup.
