As the 2024 season continues on, the Green Bay Packers are getting a longer and longer look at rookie linebacker Edgerrin Cooper. That look is a good one, too, as the second-round pick continues to impress in his opportunities on defense.
Cooper set a new career-high in defensive snaps on Sunday as the Packers defeated the Arizona Cardinals 34-13. Largely on the field when the team was in nickel personnel, Cooper shattered his previous high snap rate; not only was he on the field 65% of the time, but he also finished second among the linebacker group for the first time as Isaiah McDuffie’s playing time is dropping off.
