The league’s old NFC/AFC split across FOX and CBS has eased up considerably over the past few years, and although premium games still typically follow the classic network rules, early games in particular are less likely to do so.
That’s the case this week when the Packers host the Minnesota Vikings, with the game being bumped over to CBS. However, this is good news for Packers fans for one reason in particular: Kevin Harlan is on the call as the play-by-play announcer.
