Losses send Green Bay Packers fans’ confidence in their team through the floor, and it usually takes a few weeks to catch back up. That has been the trend that we at Acme Packing Company have seen since the start of SB Nation’s FanPulse surveys, and it is bearing itself out once again in 2019.
In week nine, the Packers suffered an ugly loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, and following that game our FanPulse group saw confidence in the Packers drop by more than 25 points. Numbers plummeted from 89% confidence to 62%, but after the team’s bounce-back win over the Carolina Panthers, the index only made up some of the ground that it lost.
