Last August, it looked like the Green Bay Packers had something special in undrafted rookie linebacker Curtis Bolton. The former Oklahoma product was buzzing all over the field in the team's first two preseason games, seemingly in line for a starting job following an injury to Oren Burks.
Then in Winnipeg in the third exhibition game, tragedy struck. Bolton tore his ACL, ending his rookie season before it officially began.
Bolton's road to recovery has been a long one. He has not been able to practice this year, failing his initial physical to start training camp and landing on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
