Last week, the Packers crashed down to Earth after having enjoyed a four-game winning streak where their offense seemed to have found its stride. All of a sudden, Aaron Rodgers and company couldn’t seem to get it going. Maybe they got complacent and listened to the outside noise too much and believed they could simply show up and beat the Chargers, a team that has underperformed this season.
The defense, on the other hand, has been struggling the past few games. The pass rush isn’t as effective as it was the first few games, and they are not forcing as many turnovers as they had at the beginning of the season.
