Bradford and Diggs were responsible for the Packers’ loss in Minnesota last year. Bradford was making his first start for the Vikings after a preseason trade. He threw for 286 yards and two touchdowns. An incredible 182 of those yards and one touchdown belonged to Diggs.
This year’s trip to U.S. Bank Stadium will follow a different narrative with both Bradford and Diggs out of action. Backup quarterback Case Keenum has filled in admirably in recent weeks, and he’ll likely lean on Adam Thielen in the passing game.
But don’t count Thielen out.
