Marshawn Lloyd’s rookie season is trending towards a red-shirt year for the Green Bay Packers.
The exciting third-round draft pick, who played alongside Caleb Williams at USC, has been snakebitten by injuries and bad luck in 2024. The 23-year-old running back was slowed by a hip injury during offseason workouts, a hamstring issue during training camp, and an ankle sprain that’s kept him out of action since Week 2 of the regular season. The team opened his 21-day practice window in hopes that he could return for Sunday’s game at Chicago, only for him to miss the trip due to appendicitis.
