After the Green Bay Packers took a 27-2 defeat in Denver, following a joint practice with the Broncos leading up to the game, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur stated that he has a “couple of different thoughts” about starters either playing or missing next week’s action in the preseason finale, the only preseason game at Lambeau Field, versus the Baltimore Ravens. According to LaFleur, he didn’t want starters playing against the Broncos because of the volume of plays that starters were expected to be on the field for in the joint practice earlier this week.
