With the 2020 NFL Draft winding down and the Green Bay Packers’ picks all in, it’s time to shift our focus to undrafted free agency. This year’s UDFA process should be particularly chaotic, as the virtual nature of the draft will limit teams’ abilities to coordinate their efforts to sign players who did not hear their names read off as one of the 255 picks in this weekend’s draft.
The Packers used nine picks in this year’s draft, landing several offensive linemen and a few reserve defensive players on Saturday. With 64 players on the team’s roster and those nine players added, that leaves the team with 73 players, allowing the team to sign up to 17 more players this afternoon.
