MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- As part of the 22nd season of the "Touchdowns for Hunger" program, Sargento teamed up with the Green Bay Packers for a massive donation on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
The company donates $2,000 for every touchdown the Packers score, split between Hunger Task Force and Paul's Pantry in Green Bay.
The Packers have found the endzone 40 times so far this season, bringing the donation to $53,300 for Hunger Task Force.
Packers legendary fullback, John Kuhn, was there to help present the donation.
"As a packer player, it gives you a lot of pride to know that those six touchdowns that I scored in such and such year, it went a long way, it went a long way to try and end hunger in Wisconsin," Kuhn said.
