Even after re-signing Nick Perry to a long-term deal, the Green Bay Packers continue to address their pass rush. On Monday, Jayrone Elliott announced that he will return to the team in 2017.
Elliott played his first three seasons with the Packers, largely serving on special teams. The outside linebacker became a restricted free agent this offseason, though the team declined to offer him a tender. As such, Elliott took trips to multiple teams including the Pittsburgh Steelers and Buffalo Bills. However, he ultimately ended up back in Green Bay.
