The Green Bay Packers announced on Friday that they will increase the price of regular season tickets between $7 and $21 a game, “depending on location.” The team also disclosed that season ticket holders were sent invoices today, which also feature increases of $3 to $11 per preseason game. Season ticket holders have until March 28th to make their payments.
Maybe more importantly, though, the Packers are pushing forward with their “non-renewal exercise.” At the end of its press release, the franchise claims that it will be declining the renewal of season tickets for purchasers who have sold “100 percent of their tickets for regular-season games for multiple years” and will offer those season ticket opportunities to fans on the waiting list.
