GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Green Bay Packers tight end Andrew Quarless says he is being shut down for the season.
Quarless posted on Instagram that "my season has come to an end not by choice," despite being on the practice field for the Packers earlier Thursday.
According to a source, the move is injury related.
Quarless was added to the injury report earlier this week with a knee. He was listed as a limited participant on both Wednesday and Thursday.
The Packers did not announce a roster move, but it could come Friday before they depart for Saturday's NFC divisional playoff game at the Arizona.
