Robert Tonyan, aka “Big Bob,” has been languishing on special teams for the Green Bay Packers all season. The team’s fourth-string tight end has seen only a handful of snaps on offense in 2018, his first season on the active roster, but had not caught a regular-season pass yet in those nine plays.
That all changed on Thursday night against the Seattle Seahawks, when Aaron Rodgers heaved a deep ball to Tonyan. Running a wheel route up the left sideline, Tonyan got open immediately and sprinted towards the end zone.
