-- The weekend wouldn't be complete without Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst completing a trade, apparently.
On Sunday, the team announced they had required Indianapolis Colts linebacker Antonio Morrison in exchange for cornerback Lenzy Pipkins, giving the Packers a chance to provide a little more stability to a weakened middle linebacking unit.
Morrison, a third-year player drafted in the fourth round in 2016, is stout in run defense. At 6-1, 241 pounds, it's as if he's the replacement the Packers have been searching for in the absence of Jake Ryan, who tore his ACL in training camp last month.
