For all of the ups and downs so far this season—and it feels like way more than four games’ worth—the Packers find themselves in a perfectly acceptable position a quarter of the way through the season.
All of the team’s goals are still attainable, and the roster is still relatively healthy with two games to go until the bye week.
Yet it’s tempting to wonder what might have been. The loss at Washington easily could have played out differently if receivers had caught a few dropped passes, and there were numerous opportunities to beat Minnesota in Week 2, a game which the league is now admitting was altered by an enormous blown call.
