The first wave of NFL free agency is over, the 2023 NFL Draft is roughly one month away and the Green Bay Packers still need to add more weapons to their passing game. Regardless of who is the starting quarterback, the team’s present roster lacks enough receiving weapons to maximize the effectiveness of their passing game this season.
The team has definite needs at both wide receiver and tight end and there is a shortage in the depth chart at both positions.
At wide receiver, the Packers have already lost Allen Lazard to the New York Jets in free agency.
