Matt LaFleur indicated earlier this offseason that he'd like to add another arm to the quarterback room prior to the start of training camp.
The Packers have reportedly found that arm.
Per Aaron Wilson, the Packers will be signing quarterback Alex McGough, formerly of the Birmingham Stallions in the USFL.
This past season. McGough completed 67.4% of his passes for 2,105 yards and set modern USFL records with 20 touchdown passes with a QBR rating of 108.3. He also rushed for 403 yards and five touchdowns on 70 carries, on his way to being named the USFL MVP.
