The Green Bay Packers one-week experiment with two punters is over. The team released punter Drew Kaser, who they signed on Saturday in case J.K. Scott had to leave to see his wife give birth. To fill that roster spot, the Packers claimed safety Ibraheim Campbell off waivers from the Jets.
Campbell is a former fourth-round pick out of Northwestern. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 2015 and played for Packers defensive coordinator Mike Pettine there.
Campbell has started 11 games in his career, but has been bouncing around the league for the past two years.
