When the Green Bay Packers placed rookie third-round pick running back MarShawn Lloyd on the injured reserve on Tuesday, they made a corresponding roster move of calling up running back Chris Brooks from the practice squad to the active roster. The Packers filled that practice squad vacancy on Wednesday by signing former draft choice Cornelius Johnson, a wide receiver.

Cornelius Johnson is a WR prospect in the 2024 draft class. He scored a 9.42 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 185 out of 3188 WR from 1987 to 2024.
