GM Gutekunst said that he is always working in a 2 to 3-year window. He said that if there is an opportunity to take some risks to win now, they are in that mode. He also said the Packers were excited (about Aaron Rodgers] for years to come and that he is comfortable having a quarterback sit for years behind the starter.
